Luc is a travel creator from the Netherlands. During a visit to one family, he and his community raised money together to help build them a home.

When I look at the places I'm staying there are restaurants, coffee shops, you can get a matcha, whatever you want. And then just two hours away from that same place, people are living in these conditions. The contrast is big.

Victoria came to Bali on holiday. What she saw there stayed with her, and she decided to do something with it. She is now building her own fundraising campaign to bring the mission to the Netherlands.

I'd heard how beautiful the north of Bali is, but the conditions people are living in there are almost inhumane.

What an ambassador does

A goodwill ambassador shares KGM's story with their own community and has the chance to volunteer directly with the families in Bali. Here is what each side of that role looks like.

Ambassador questions

What is an ambassador?+

Someone with an online platform who uses it for the families we work with. You tell their story to the people who already follow you.

What does an ambassador actually do?+

An ambassador shares a story on their own channel, tagged with us. Some ambassadors also travel to Bali and film from the projects we are working on. We take care of the operational side: camera, contact with the families, logistics.

Do I need a big following?+

Not necessarily. What matters is that you actually post and that your audience listens to you. We don't care about followers, we care about impact.
